download all packages in a directory
then "dpkg -i *.deb"
then copy fonts.conf to /etc/fonts
of course, you need simsun.ttc

or... wait...
I think quanliking will write another tutorial to help newbies to do these things.
Follow him, you won't need install so many packages. Please dont reply his post until he finish.
