这是GPL中的相应条款，从我的理解来看，至少Turbo并没有完全遵守GPL(当然，相同的情况也很多，这只是讨论下GPL 协议)。这是再发布时的三个要求，满足一个就可以，第一种是连同源代码一起发布，第二种是提供源代码的报价(不能超过发布的实际成本)，第三种只适用于非商业性的发布。但是Turbo的公开发行版本好像有不完全遵守这个条款的，比如我买到只有一张光盘的TD7.
这个只是就这个条款来讨论，不是针对Turbo的，在中文Linux里，蓝点/Turbo/Magic是遵守GPL 最好的三个了，至少能获得源代码。前面那位朋友说过，MDK在中国买的也是不带源码的，所以再强调一次，不是针对Turbo的。

当然不是，如果D的话，就和你们没什么关系了。是一张光盘，是7.0,只有KDE的，忘了是在那里买的了，不过肯定不是D版。只是就事论事。

有盒子没？Turbo 卖的发行版都会有一个大盒子的。而且 Turbo 7 只卖 Server 版，很贵的。你买的多少钱？

不会啊，是桌面版的啊。只有一张盘，只有KDE。因为我只买过一次Linux的D版，是RH5.1,其它的都是正版，TD6也有两张。不过后来再找就很难找到了。后来买过的只有RH了。以前红旗/Xteam/蓝点/中软/Happy /MDK/都买过正版，可惜现在还能继续活着的不多了。

噢，有可能，那这个就不能算Turbo违反GPL，而是CHIP违反了。

我不懂 开源 的游戏规则。他发表声明是什么意思？

他承认有例外？（"当然其中有商业的部分是例外，如james的scim-chinese。"） 还发表什么声明？

我觉的他应该至少向 redhat/Fedora 一样选用软件是不能包含商业软件的。
并且全是开源。没有一个例外。
turbo 不应该包含james的scim-chinese 才对。
