Glad to hear that.  Any problem with those packages?  The Build-Depends are not supposed to work at all...

you may misunderstand what I said. I meant that:
1. install the scim 0.9.6
2. and the 0.9 so files will stay in /usr/lib
3. get 0.9.9 scim from cvs
4. the 0.9.9 compile process will reference the old /usr/lib/scim-xxxx.so files which are 0.9
5. install the newly cooked deb package

Now I see.  Yeah that is the same problem as mine.  It is known that ldconfig (or pkg-config, or libtool, don't know these magic at all) always look at the /lib and /usr/lib first.  However we have different library name here, so it should work -- looks more like a scim bug to me.

一切正常，还好我的环境挺全乎的。编译了好久，呵呵。

我想这应该不是 ldconfig 的问题，这是编译时的问题。把老版本 scim 删了再编译就行了。
