You need recompile its kernel, there are two ways to do so:
1, use quite "standard" process, say, make make install, download stock kernel yourself.
2, take advantage of ABS, modify related PKGBUILD and config file, let ABS do the left, then pacman to update your kernel.
if you need PKGBUIL and config file, I can post them here when I come back home.

大家有没有发现,它在挂载fat32分区时不能显示中文文件名,mount后面也不能带-o iocharset=gb2312这个参数,加了这个参数就出错,好像是不支持的意思.这个问题在我的gentoo linux里不存在.

arch好像对locale的设置特别敏感，所以直接用 -o iocharset＝cp936 就好，无论挂载fat32分区还是挂载ntfs分区都可以正确地显示中文。
