Whether it is the final release or not, I am not sure. I sure hope it is. But you can not just judge the release by the Changelog. If you see the whole Changelog of 9.1, you can see that CDs of SuSE 9.0 were made immediately after RC3, RC4 and RC5 on Sept. 24, 2003. Or if you look at the Changelog of SuSE 9.0's CD1, you can find the same info. So I think it is safe to say the Kiffer's release is the final.
