scim0.9.4: compile error

There is error message:

hecking for intltool >= 0.22... 0.26 found
checking for perl... /usr/bin/perl
configure: error: XML:arser perl module is required for intltool

I don't know what's going wrong, I compile 0.9.3 successfully in the same environment.
Any suggestion? Thanks in advance.

I upgraded intltool to 0.30 which needs perl XML:arser module. So please install this module before compiling SCIM :-)
