新手求助，关于sys和system的密码

系统为rhel es 3 和 oracle9i

oracle9i安装过程中并未提示输入管理员名称和密码，系统默认的管理员名称和密码是不是
sys         change_on_install
system     manager
这两个？

如下，命令：

监听器已经启动，使用sqlplus

[oracle@Matrix oracle]$ sqlplus /NOLOG

SQL>
进入后，
SQL> connect sys/change_on_install as sysdba
Connected to an idle instance.
SQL> startup
ORA-01078: failure in processing system parameters
LRM-00109: could not open parameter file '/opt/oracle/product/9.2/dbs/initora9.ora'
SQL>

请问这是怎么回事？高手指教，谢谢！
