I installed fcitx-3.0,after I opened it,something wrong with it:
"无法打开中文标点文件，将无法输入中文标点！"
Now I can only input in English,what can I do? help me,THK!

My system is Fedora 2 ,kernel version 2.6.8.Once I switched the system from Chinese into English,then I switched the system from English into Chinese.Then my XMMS's play list can't dispaly Chinese,and prompted "Gdk-WARNING **: locale not supported by Xlib, locale set to C".My
fcitx's "Ctrl+Space" can't work, and prompted "无法打开中文标点文件，将无法输入中文标点！"

我先后修改了locale成gb18030,gb2312,UTF-8,但是xmms启动时仍然提示“locale not supported by Xlib, locale set to C”,fcitx的"Ctrl+space"仍然不好用，还是提示"无法打开中文标点文件，将无法输入中文标点！"。我在网上查了很多资料，对于“locale not supported by Xlib, locale set to C”，是XFree86本地化数据文件不能找到，但是没有找到解决办法，请问大家有办法解决吗？都是系统中英文切换惹的祸！

locale应该是zh_CN.gbk这样的形式

我原来locale一直实用GB18030，而且fcitx工作也很正常，改成zh_CN.gbk,还是一样的错误提示。谢谢YuKing的帮助，您的fcitx做得很不错!如果您时绵阳人，那我们是老乡，我敬佩您，希望您继续为linux的中文化努力，谢谢！

Redhat  uses GB18030, and fcitx works well

but recently each time i use debian ,i can not use fcitx
so boring
first i use apt-get install fcitx

but it dosen't work, contril+space ,but it can not come out
i have used fcitx for a long time ,but

then i use tarball ,fcitx2.02,which i used before

but it still dosen't work

my .xinitrc is like this
