vmware problem

I try to install Suse Enterprise Server on vmware, I have the following problem, the main screen has 4 small screen as shown in the pic.
The host: Suse Linux 9.2

u should choose textmode by beginning the installation

how to choose the text mode, i chose manual installation, it goes there after i chose the langauge and the keyboard setting.
It is under Suse Enterprise Server 9

press F2 and choose TextMode before kernel loaded

and i type install , it says kernal image not found, if i press enter, it says harddisk not found
