QEMU does not have rpm for RH7.3 but pre-built binaries are available at http://fabrice.bellard.free.fr/qemu/

Xen is relatively new, see http://www.cl.cam.ac.uk/Research/SRG/netos/xen/index.html
Again, pre-built binaries are available.

Another virtual machine project is Plex86, http://plex86.sourceforge.net/
