Failed to start kerio-mailserver admin on RHEL3

Hi, I'm new to Linux and I have probs to start the admin tool on my RedHat Enterprise Level 3

I downloaded kerio-mailserver-admin-6.0.10-linux.i386.rpm, it installed without any trouble but when I try to launch it I get:

./kadmin: relocation error: ./kadmin: undefined symbol: _ZN12QApplication18applicationDirPathEv

Anyone that have any clue how to fix this?
