在线等sendmail邮件在队列中不能发送的问题

我在RHEL AS3上配的sendmail，但是有foxmail发送的邮件不能接收，使用mailq查看邮件队列，输出如下：

这个我问题我也碰到,好象就是可以发出,用OUTLOOK接收的时候也不提示错误,但MAIL就是收不下来,这个问题好象在SENDMAIL SERVER上配置一下USER@DOMAIN 里后的DOMAIN就可以了,但是OUTLOOK的电脑DNS并不用指向MAIL SERVER,所以我现在还不明白SENDMAIL 与DNS的关系是怎么样的..而且MAIL SERVER里不用做其它记录,只要有这个DOAMIN就中以,我看其它资料好象说也MX记录..不明白这与SENDMAIL有什么关系..
另.不知道两个MAIL SERVER之间的MAIL互发有什么特别的,我这里配置就是配不出来,还请高手指点一二...

我在/etc/mail/access文件中配置了
192.168.0                       RELAY
还是不行?
