前辈们，看我的SUSE ES 9.0连不是网是怎么回事：
小插头显示断开，我在DSL中已设好了一切但每当点小插头时总有如下的提示：
Connectin to local and remote server refused .Maybe smpppd is not running or you are not member os the group "dialout".Also check the sever settings in the dialog "various settings".
俺英语不好，理解不了上面的意思，请高手点拔！
