FC4 编译php后无法启动apache

mysql(4.0.22)和apache(1.3.33)都运行正常，编译完php(4.3.11)后apache运行不起来。

#/usr/local/apache/bin/apachectl start
Syntax error on line 242 of /usr/local/apache/conf/httpd.conf:
Cannot load /usr/local/apache/libexec/libphp4.so into server: /usr/local/apache/libexec/libphp4.so: cannot restore segment prot after reloc: Permission denied
/usr/local/apache/bin/apachectl start: httpd could not be started

请高手帮助，换成httpd-2.0.54+php-5.0.5也不成功。
