INTEL 7221+630(3.06GHz),开超线程.安装centos 4.2 x86_64,关闭ACPI才可以进系统

刚配一台INTEL 7221+630(3.06GHz),DDR2-2GB,开超线程.
安装centos 4.2 x86_64,安装好重起出现:
acpi_ps_parse_ami+208} RSP
kernel panic - notsyncing oops
就死了..
到BIOS关闭ACPI就好, :ask  :ask
求解:
如何确认使用了超线程?
请各位多指点,谢谢!
