请教如何解决一进图形界面就死机这个问题，急！

我在安装redhat as3 u4版本时，一进入图形安装界面就死机。后来，我用文本界面安装完后，键入startx，进入图形界面后还是死机。而且这两种死机过程都是一样的，进入图形界面鼠标可以动，但是过了大概两秒钟，鼠标死了。同时，键盘的Caps Lock键和Scrool Lock键一闪一闪的。我电脑的cpu是Athlon 64 3000+ ，但是我安装的是x86版而不是x86_64版，会不会是安装的版本不对。
