安装时出现kernel panic

Usually, this is happened when the kernel is attempting to mount the root filesystem but failed.  There are many reasons, e.g:

1. Filesystem is not supported by kernel
2. Initrd not matched
3. root filesystem is incorrectly specified in menu.lst
