关于cgi的问题

我装好了RH8,看到HTTPD.CONF文件里有CGI-BIN的选项,但是,在浏览器里敲http://localhost/cgi-bin/,但是出现错误:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /cgi-bin/ on this server.

Apache/2.0.40 Server at _default_ Port 80

上面说我煤油权限访问/cgi-bin/,我怎样设置权限呢???

我看了,在httpd.conf里有这个,但是,还是不行???

我将cgi-bin目录的.cgi文件都改成755了,怎么还不行??
