chroot下安装用pacman出错(已解决，谢谢BeCome)

我的安装过程：用base光盘安装，没有配置系统，没有安装启动器，然后进入已有的ubuntu，修改pacman的资源文件，修改host文件，后用chroot，添加passwd，添加了一个用户，就想pacman继续安装其它软件，输出上述结果失败，是怎么回事，网络没有设置好？怎样设置呢？

why use chroot? i suggest u to use pacman.static which could be used to cross-installation!
