VMware Tools 不能在Fedora Core 5安装的解决办法

现在好多兄弟在自己的windows下安装虚拟机VMware，用来学习Linux，一般情况下在装完Linux操作系统后，再装VMware Tools不是什么难事，具体操作如下：
1.依次点击虚拟机的VM->Install VMware Tools;
2.如果光驱没有被自动加载，可以手动加载光驱；
3.在终端依次输入命令：
cp /mnt/cdrom/VMwareTools-5.5.1-19175.tar.gz /tmp
cd /tmp
进入TMP目录
tar -zxf VMwareTools-5.5.1-19175.tar.gz
解压缩该软件包，默认解压到vmware-tools-distrib     目录下（与文件名同名）。
cd vmware-tools-distrib
进行安装
./vmware-install.pl
但是因为VMwareTools现在还不支持Fedora Core 5的安装，这就导致在虚拟机上安装Fedora Core 5时，使用时非常不方便，
我也是搞了好半天才给弄好的，拿出来共享。

cd /tmp/vmware-tools-distrib/
./vmware-install.pl

# Backup vmware-config-tools.pl
cp /usr/bin/vmware-config-tools.pl /usr/bin/vmware-config-tools.pl.orig

# Patch VMware Tools
cd /tmp/

tar zxvf vmware-tools-any-update2.tar.gz
cd vmware-tools-any-update2/
./runme.pl

## Backup vmware-config-tools.pl

# Change xorg mouse
vi /etc/X11/xorg.conf
Change "mouse" to "vmmouse" in Section "InputDevice"

# Restart X
# (press ctrl+alt+backspace)
