emerge --sync不能用，错误信息如下

我在make.conf中的SYNC如下，emerge 其它软件时Mirror中ftp的就可以，用http的原就不行，我在别的电脑上测试无论http与ftp的原都可以的，请问是怎么回事啦？？？

只有TW的那个可以emerge 软件，但emerge --sync就没有原可以同步的了。

置顶的我都有试，主要问题是同一网络中的另几台电脑随便用那一个源都可以，但就是这台电脑无论换那一个都不行，也不知是什么原因，郁闷ing

可以ping 出去 ,在这台电脑上ping www.163.com 没有问题，我也知道有问题，但不知怎么处量啊，那位DX能帮帮忙啦
