我的数据线已经被内核认出来了，但是/dev下找不到相应的设备文件，怎么办

nokia手机数据线。pl2303的芯片，maigclinux1.2上用过。

pl2303 converter now attached to ttyUSB0

根据内核的提示，应该有一个ttyUSB0的设备文件才对。
是新内核的问题，还是udev的问题？？
对这方面还不知道如何下手。
