Problem with the fonts

I've worked for long time but still can't fix the problem:I can't type in chinese!!
My locale is en_US-utf8,I've installed wqy and fcitx also,but when I type,it get wrong codecs.
Here is my /etc/fonts/fonts.conf and the list of /etc/fonts/conf.d/

问题解决了，多谢irc上的Shan,rock等朋友，原来是/etc/locale.gen的问题,必须把全部zh_CN和en_US前面的注释符#去掉.

locale.gen害惨不少人啊。哈哈
用scim好象不需要设置locale.gen的，只是好象……大家莫拍砖……
不过我喜欢fcitx

是啊，害我郁闷了好久，想字体也装好了，输入法也弄好了为什么就是显不出方块字来，建议版主们把这个问题和解决方法收集到tips中。
