编译软件时出现asm-generic/ioctl.h错误

在编译zhcon时， 出现错误：
/usr/include/asm/ioctl.h:1:31: 错误：asm-generic/ioctl.h：没有那个文件或目录
make[3]: *** [fbdev.o] 错误 1

我已经把ln -s /usr/src/include/linux/asm-i386 ／usr/include/asm 做了链接
用的是fedora，内核是kernel.org上下的2.6.18.2
问题出现在哪里啊？谢谢！
