SCIM-pinyin-0.5.91 lack of SCIM.PC

When ./configure, the error message shows that it can't find SCIM.PC on PKG_CONFIG_PATH. My FC7's configuration is #EXPORT PKG_CONFIG_PATH=/usr/lib/pkgconfig.

I come to this folder and can't find SCIM.PC.

After that, I search all the files in system. # find / -name "SCIM.PC".
Still can't find it.
So my conclusion is that this system is short of this file.

I go to goole and I still can't find it can be downloaded.

是scim.pc吧，小写的！
如果scim是自已编译的，又没指定PREFIX,那么可能在/usr/local/lib/pkgconfig目录中
export PKG_CONFIG_PATH=/usr/lib/pkgconfig:/usr/lib/local/pkgconfig
