[求教]如何挂载我的mp4

新买了mp4，在windows下面是自动识别的；
linux下面挂载U盘没有问题，自动识别；
在ubuntu 7.10下插入mp4，没有反应，dmesg结果：

貌似已经识别了我的设备，我的硬盘是scsi的，/dev/sda1之类的被硬盘占用了。
我该如何mount我的mp4？？

先fdisk -l看一下哪个盘是，然后mount

fdisk -l的结果，挂载/dev/sdb可以挂上，但是一般的U盘是/dev/sdb1，以上信息是不是要求我重新格式化？在windows下，我的mp4显示两个盘符，有一个是扩展sd卡的。
