rhel5中安装pidgin问题

开始用yum安装pidgin，在安装cyrus-sasl-2.1.22-4.src.rpm
gtkspell-2.0.11-2.1.src.rpm  libsilc-1.0.2-2.fc6.src.rpm 这三个包的时候，报错error: cannot create %sourcedir /usr/src/redhat/SOURCES，找了一下好像是因为rpm-build没安装，帮忙教教我怎么安装。

下了一个源码包想自己编译安装，但是在./configure的时候又出现这样的错误：
