HELP: about adobe-flash and masked packages problem

firefox can not download adobe-flash. alway FAIL.  and i find there is a www-plugins/adobe-flash in portage (in my /usr/portage/www-plugins/adobe-flash), so i try this following emerge .. and get the same masked package problem, which i am trying to fix this afternoon.  

# emerge www-plugins/adobe-flash

because i am a new gentoo user. so i am trying to use layman, and i have done all these steps according to http://www.gentoo.org/proj/en/overlays/userguide.xml (Gentoo Overlays: Users' Guide),

and my layman version is 1.3.3 so i install all of these in /var/lib/layman

still i can not emerge packages from gentoo-china. although i have done this command : laymen -f -a gentoo-china

Please help me, and tell me what can i do? Thanks

Thank you, Havanna. This is really works. but i find watch movies directly from firefox is really slow.  

Video in linux is really a big problem for individuals.
