[已解决]如何指定package安装的时候彻底忽略某个文件？

如何告诉portage，更新/安装某个package 的时候，彻底忽略路径为/path/to/somefile 的文件 ？类似 arch 下 pacman.conf 里的 `NoUpgrade = path/to/somefile ....` 。

config protection 和我的需求大概不是一回事。
