something wrong with intalling chinput3

i got my freebsd in KDE3 and it can display chinese
with simsum font so wonderful !!
but when i wanna install ports chinput3, i got some error.
as following :

Is there someone can tell me how to do ?

and i had tried fcitx ,
it's compiled ok,but cannot wake up with "ctrl+space"
