(Sorry, ppl. I just installed readhat 9, and haven't configured chinese input program.)
It is rather amazing to have a new zone merely for original english documentation and related translation, so we don't need to get aground the web, and do some time comsuming search about certain materials. However, as almost all the source of these works are from other communities or persons, it is a must to akownledge their work when you reference it, just like u must declare when cut/paste others' code. So far, all have done well, so what I wrote above seems unnecessary to all of u. But I hope u ppl make this as a regulation to the whole site, so we won't see something like "I got some excellent documents about ...", followed by the content but without the author and other aknowledgement. It is not just rude but also an offensive action against the producer. I am serious here because this can be considered in a law case in most academic communies. In most oversea unis, you simply got kicked out if u do your assignment without such reference sentenses. It is just like you treat in exam, a serious academic misconduct.
ppl respect others by respecting their work, this is the international golden rule.
BTW, I can do a fair amout of translation during my vacant time slots, so if u get a need for a hand, notify me. |
