为什么我的RH9服务器用不了cgi的程序！

小弟在RH9中装了apache的服务器，用PHP和MYSQL都很正常，但就是CGI的程序不能用，浏览器中显示：
Server error!

    The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request.

    Error message:
    Premature end of script headers: install.cgi

    If you think this is a server error, please contact the webmaster

Error 500

    localhost
