意思是说，你在把vftpd设置为使用standalone运行（listen=YES）的时候，“不能再试图使用inetd运行vsftpd， 否则你会得到 OOPS 500的错误提示”。
将得明白一点的话就是 inetd也同时试图启动vsftpd, 所以与 standalone 发生冲突。必须停止其中某一种。
