rh8 安装oracle92后重新启动机器后出现的错误

这是重新启动后的问题.
另外:什么命令启动企业管理器啊.

$sqlplus /nolog
SQL>connect  sys/*** as sysdba
SQL>startup
$lsnrctl start

启动企业管理器:
$oemapp console或oemapp dbastudio
