关于proftpd fxp的问题

在我的服务器上,我架了一个FTP,因为我只有一个IP,所以我只有设基于port的Vhost,一个是21,一个是4000,还有一个是4001,我已经把相关的设置都放在了<global>里面,可是不知道为什么,只有21port可以FXP,其它两个port全都不可以FXP.
这个问题已经害我很久了,不知道有没有人能帮我?
