我的adsl拨号拨不上去了,急!以前可以!突然的!

我的adsl 前端时间突然拨号拨不上去了!我的系统是:8.0 ,usb adsl猫,以前上网正常就是拨号时有点慢(我也查不出原因),现在突然拨号不成功了拨号后出现如下提示请大家帮忙看看是什么原因)(有时第三步就不行了,有时到第四步)

用pppoe呀，我就用那个！

我就是用的pppoe呀！以前可以上！但是现在怎么也拨号拨不上去了，我也找不出原因！那个设置是别人帮我设置的，我也不太清楚，到底怎么设置呀（对一台新系统来说）我要先装什么？
需要什么？我的modem为天邑 （tianyi-110)usb口的！
我是一个新手，请大家多多指教！
