how to start the oms service??? -----------ERROR!

我对oracle了解很少，顶多在安装时做做样子了，别的还请常来这里几位高手指点一下。谢谢。

那要启动OEM打开数据库。
要启动什么服务吗？我一直就打不开数据库，而用SQLPLUS可以呀。并且还可以操作！
