why SCIM cannot input chinese into editor

1)
input server start successfully and i can input chinese with it
but the word i type cannot input into editor
what's wrong

2)
another problem
the panel cannot displayed
(this problem occured on rh9.0 and lfs
scim 0.4.1 and 0.6.0 is tryed)
