make问题，紧急求救!

安装套件时，依说明执行到make时，出现以下错误信息: 请大家指点。
[root@mgdcn CGI.pm-2.74]# make

小弟再次执行make，还是同样的错误提示。

目录中有没有configure，运行configure看看。

我的安装步骤是：
1.tar解压后
2.perl Makefile.PL
3.make
这时出现错误信息。
