用unstable安装KDE 3.1.4总是出现这样的问题

可问题是，我换了若干个镜像都找不到这个包，到Debian的官方网站找到了这个包，但是不能下载，请问一下使用apt-get如何才能忽略依赖关系进行安装，我看了man，但是总无法成功，请指教，多谢。 |
