用户设置pop,smtp问题?

我启动sendmail后,自己的dns是这样的,

我发信时,是这样的:mail 用户@域名

因为我是内部,信发到某个外部邮箱去,对方也收得到,

请问别人要登录邮箱,设置pop3.smtp地址各是什么啊?

我设置我的ip,mail.snoopy.gov,这些都不行,显示没连到服务器?

谁可以帮帮我啊,,,,,那dns应该如何弄?
