Help!Kdevelop无法创建新项目？也无法编译3.0版的KDevelop?

完全安装TL10，在KDevelop2.1下无论创建何种类型的项目，均显示以下内容后就没有反应了：

Ok，dato大哥能否解释一下shell>export LC_ALL=POSIX是什么意思呢？出现这样的问题的原因是什么呢？谢谢！

具体为什么会这样我也不大清楚，至少tl8w是不会有这个问题的
那条命令其实是更换现有的gb18030locale为posix也就是在终端模式下的情形，你执行一下locale
具体可以参考当前用户目录下的
~/.lang

好像用shell>export LC_ALL=POSIX没办法改LC_ALL呀？在终端执行，会说bash: shell: command not found

直接把lang下的i18n改了，KDevelop倒是没问题了，不过桌面、标题栏带中文的通通变成乱码，输入法也没了，晕倒！！！

我的系统也是这样，不过，我发觉，它并没有我们想象的那么可怕，因为，一次，我又在尝试创建项目，半途有电话，先出去了，回来后，咦？成功了，于是我马上又尝试了几次，才闹明白，这套系统不知为何原因，确定命令行最大长度，需要相当的时间！所以，你下次再用它的 KDevelop，你就多忍耐会儿吧。


当然，这只是我个人的遭遇，但希望对你有帮助。
