新人求助MPlayer装不上

下面是安装过程
[root@localhost MPlayer]# cd MPlayer-1.0pre7
[root@localhost MPlayer-1.0pre7]# ./configure --enable-gui --disable-gcc-checking --with-reallibdir=/usr/lib/essential-20040704 --language=zh_CN

运行后显示

Error: PNG support required for GUI compilation, please install libpng and libpng-dev packages.

Check "configure.log" if you do not understand why it failed.
俺是新手，不知道这是什么意思

我是通过yum在线装的，设置的是freshrpm的源，用起来还可以。我的是FC5

你的系统中缺少libpng、 libpnd-devel两个文件。你必须把它们安装到你的系统中。
