HP Proliant110g6做raid0安装redhatAS5完成后启动提示找不到/dev/root等目录

　　有一台HP Proliant110G6机架式服务器，板载一个smart B110i raid卡，支持raid0和raid1+0，加有两块500g硬盘。

　　之前做好了raid1,安装好redhat as5.4，一切正常。因为安装了sybase数据，应用软件需要在瞬时插入大量小数据，实测插入10000条用时129s,软件厂家要求在20s以内。
  　　逐做成raid0,做好后完装linux时显示的逻辑硬盘大小为9000多g,说明合并是成功的。然后加载raid驱动安装redhat as5.4一切正常，但是在重启后提示找不到一些文件分区等等的提示，如下:
  
　　错误提示很长，截取其中一段:

   Creating root device.
   Mounting root filesystem.
   mount:could not find filesystem '/dev/root'
   setting up other filesystem.
   setting up new root fs
   setuproot: moving /dev failed: no such file or directory
   
   .........

   switchroot: mount failed: no such file or directory
   Kernel panic - not syscing: attempted to kill init!

不解为什么，还是说我bios中设置有问题呢? 求教！

全过程:


做Raid0,安装centos5.5,在分区处看到两个硬盘变成了一个逻辑盘，然后加raid驱动安装成功。

　　重启机器，过了GRUB,出现下面报错:
