你所要的基本上都是PCB的工具.我不太熟.你可以去下个cadence的psd,这个应该是
pcb中最专业.教育网里应该有的.应该到15版了,不过好像只能在solaris和nt下用
powerpcb也很不错.不知道有没有linux的.synplify的linux的盗版license好像有点问题.没有仔细研究过

ise应该是从6.1开始支持 linux的,但网上一直都没见到,那种含linux版6碟的ise.
