Differences between boot sector and its backup? Who can help me?

There are differences between boot sector and its backup.
Differences: (offsetriginal/backup)
  71:50/00, 72:4c/00, 73:41/00, 74:59/00, 75:20/00, 76:20/00, 77:20/00
  , 78:20/00, 79:20/00, 80:20/00, 81:20/00
1) Copy original to backup
2) Copy backup to original
3) No action
?

I have tried 2) option, but it doesn't work when I reboot, I still see the error prompt. I think the probable reason is that I installed FC 1.0 on another partition of my one-disk Suse 9.1/Win XP machine.  
Who can help me , thank you in advance!!!
