mysql启动不起来了，大家帮我

我下的是mysql的二进制包哦，第二次运行出现一下提示，大家帮我下啊！

[root@RH bin]# ./safe_mysqld --user=mysql
./safe_mysqld: line 183: my_print_defaults: command not found
./safe_mysqld: line 188: my_print_defaults: command not found
The file /usr/local/mysql/bin/mysqld doesn't exist or is not executable
Please do a cd to the mysql installation directory and restart
this script from there as follows:
./bin/mysqld_safe.

好像不用加 --user=mysql 吧
