有关于bandwidthd 网络流量监控问题！

最近公司的网络十分的不好啊，正好也可以测试一下近来这一段时间在网上查找相关资料，做一下网络流量监控。
所应用的bandwidthd本软件，在网上找的教程，试试着做了下来。其中也没有出现过什么错误提示，但是现在就是WED页中查看不了。不知道是什么原因。请帮我查看一下问题所在，我把运行过程贴上来！
