不同系统浏览器访问FC7+自带apache+php+mysql,问题？

大侠：远程WWW服务器，用FC7+自带apache+php+mysql，我用另外的工作机FC7，开firefox访问,正常。用windows-xp的ie浏览器或firefox浏览，常常等等后说“连接不到服务器”，找不到访问的网页；但用双击或刷新网页，就可以浏览了，见鬼？？

xp中的ie和firefox同时出现问题？但他们访问其他站点挺正常的。
