如何把linux kernel里的SCTP_DEBUG选项打开

看到一篇文章讲打开SCTP_DEBUG

最近把kernel里的SCTP_DEBUG打开重新编译， 然后写了一个client/server程序，把kernel SCTP的执行log打出来了。
里面有详细的函数流程
但不知道这个选项的设置在哪？
看了看Makefile和Kconfig文件，其中好像有相关的设置，但不知道怎么配置
